[Craft] Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine mochis!

Hi everyone! Thought I might post something for the first time THIS year. Well a week ago I discovered some white knit fabric I had lying around so I said why not. Made a template for the mochi base... and popped out Belarus! Her elder siblings soon followed.




So here is Belarus with my Byelorussia flag!



Heres her siblings! Russia's scarf when pulled up over his nose kinda makes him look like he's cowering when Belarus is around... and Ukraine had a bit of a miss eye placement when she was being put together.

Both Russia and Ukraine mochi's live with their cosplayer counterpart!  I should have some more done when I can access some more of my mochi stuffing.

I would like to ask if everyone would like me to make a mochi tutorial? and who should I do it of.... I have the following to make:

Sure, I'll do even better when I make Spain I'll post a tutorial video while I'm creating him. The pattern might be a bit confusing with how its cut and sewn together.

you did these so perfectly! usually mochi are so hard to do but you did them perfectly
could i ask how you did the faces?

I just kinda practiced on paper first, then taking my super sharpie I carefully drew on the faces then went back with some black acrylic paint and touched up any bleed spots, as for the color on the faces I used just basic acrylic craft paint.

They are! I stuff them with rice which makes them very flexible with the knit fabric its encased around. As for professional... I am a fashion design major.... *Scratches head*

Well, that's the problem. I've been using this pattern before you've released this. I've been making and selling mochis for over a year and a half now. (The pattern I used was from a friend of mine, not yours.) :(
