[scanlation, of sorts] COLOUR CHART

Ever looked at certain characters who don't even have a profile and wondered "What the heck are their colour schemes?"

Ever stared at several different fanarts of the same character and go "Wait...so are they blond?  Dirty blond?  STRAWBERRY BLOND??"

Have no fear!  A while ago, Hidekaz uploaded on his blog a colour chart with the nations' hair and eye colours for us to reference, and here is the scanlated version of the chart.

A few notes: Hidekaz describes Prussia's eyes as "a reddish purple," hence the colour swatch. 

Canada's hair is layered--it's dark on the bottom and has really light roots.

Also, he uses Photoshop, and we're not sure what kind of brush setting he uses, so I personally found this chart more useful for the eye colours as opposed to the hair colours, which some just threw me in for a loop as to how to use it.  Probably brush #2 on a multiply setting?  Beats me...

Colour was spelled the American way there cuz my spellcheck kept picking up on it.

Well XD; either way, there's the list there; we don't have a lot of girls. There was a design for a girl Korea that fell through.

Here's the pic of girl!Korea and Finland (http://www.geocities.jp/himaruya/finkan.jpg), though Hidekaz says in the caption "by the way, Korea is a boy." I'm not sure if that means "By the way, despite the design being a girl, in the comic, it's a boy" or "by the way, even though he's dressed like a girl, Korea there is a boy in girls' clothes."

It just says Korea, but I am guessing he means South Korea because North Korea in Japanese would be written as something else completely.

South Korea: 韓国
North Korea: 北朝鮮

In the special edition of the book he had mentioned that she would have traveled to the US in hopes of becoming a star...that was the original plan.
