A couple questions
Okay, I've seen this around a lot, so could someone please explain to me what a cut is and how to do one?
Secondly, I colored someone's picture and am willing to give credit to the artist, but I don't know who it is :P anyone have an idea?

And lastly, am I allowed to post the colored version I did so long as I credit the original? (or if I don't know who the artist is, at least say it isn't my lineart?)
