Might be easier to mosey yourself over to the kalmarunionen community (there's also a Denmark×Norway community, but it still seems to be in its infant stages.. ^^') and check their Doujin tags

To start, here are a few artists/circles who focus on this pairing:
Seta Hinako (most famous for her contributions to the 'Hetalia Unlimited' MAD, her Denmark×Norway is mainly gagwork with the occasional drama/angst)
Gracier (focuses on the Nordics, mainly a tragic approach to Denmark×Norway)
SkeBan/Haruki Mozuya (err, I only know of one Denmark×Norway doujinshi by this group, so no opinions formed yet ^^')
Trompe L'Oeil (focuses on the Nordics, mainly a gag approach to Denmark×Norway)
