Summary: Jumping onto an old bandwagon! Estonia writes a set of rules for himself to follow and improve himself but fails miserably.

1. I will not use the computer like my life depended on it.
2. Even though it does depend on it.
3. I will not scream.
4. Especially when Latvia is around.
5. I will keep my sheep away from Latvia.
6. I will not scream when my sheep eat Latvia.
7. Or the other way around for that matter! Brrr.
8. I will not chase Finland away from my house when he is drunk.

13. I will have to invite them in and give them a blanket and use of the toilet.
