Bahaha... XDD I...I remember hearing about this holiday back in Senior year... I couldn't help but think "Oh wow...um..LOL OH MOTHERLAND" back then, but now that I know Hetalia, all I can do is "SKDJFN LOL OH RUSSIA."

Perhaps they wouldn't have population problems if they stopped shipping all the hot women over seas as mail order brides XP. Seriously though that has got to be the best holiday ever, screw Valentines! Look out Russia here I come!
