Lithuania Wallpaper

So, yeah, I made a Lithuania wallpaper, because I realized there's absolutely none of him solo.

I made this in MS Paint - but the chibi is from Photobucket. This is my first wallpaper ever, so please be easy on me.

I hate MS Paint.

Very cute! You might want to save it as a .png file though, the quality will be ten times better. You could try making the stripes a little more promenient by making them slightly thicker I suppose.

It's ten times better than what I could do on MS Paint at least. I'm completely useless without my Photoshop ;w;

aww, I love this chibi! As I remember it was based on Himaruya's sketch :)

Well, I didn't make the chibi itself! XD I found that on Photobucket; I just put on the background, made the stripe, and outlined the chibi pixel by pixel for the paint bucket tool . . . >.> It doesn't take talent; it just takes patience/no life.
