Summary:

Inspired by other desktop buddies posted here, I decided to make one for myself. But now that I made one, why not share it?
Anyway, thanks for the idea 8)b I've done couple of mascots before but that was years ago so that doesn't mean I'd have any skills with this stuff fff.
He blushes, smiles and Pochi pops out behind him if you wait long enough, and he introduces himself when you click him :3 I may do some updates or alternate versions for this later if I feel like it.

Obligatory instructions:
1) Install the program and unzip the rar
2) Run mascot.exe
3) A random mascot pops up, right-click her and choose Open published mascot
4) Choose japan.mascot, wherever you have downloaded it
5) Enjoy ♥
