Well, since it IS Studio Deen....the only thing we can do is hope it gets a decent budget and a director who knows what he's doing. DELICATE SUBJECT MATTER AHOY. And the studio is mercurial, to say the least.

AFAIK, the webmanga is called Axis Powers Hetalia, but it can appear otherwise depending on how the title is designed.

Studio Deen did the anime for Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni. Season Two had pretty good animation and art, but season one...

Studio Deen is very mercurial. Got a good director and a decent budget? Sit back and prepare for a treat. Got a bad director? Uh, we might want to weep together. Higurashi's infamous artwork aside, they sometimes do pretty bad story adaptation as well.
