I don't know if it's my laptop or my tablet that has the funky screen.  On the tablet it looks fine, but on the laptop it looks REALLY dark, so I hope it's okay.  Either way, this is Hong Kong...um, yeah.  I really really just wanted to draw him in short shorts.

Originally I had wanted to have the Taiwan I play in the RP use this to threaten Hong Kong, but really, what good will come out of it?

Those with a sharp eye might be able to recognize the costume he's in (I made some mistakes, though, there's supposed to be another vest under there).

Heh, I haven't seen Black Lagoon, but your "worst idea" was totally what I thought you were thinking. It'd be sort of beautifully fucked up, wouldn't it? :P

HK: You still...like America, don't you?
UK: *stares back at him in shock*
HK: Bull's eye?
HK: *leaps onto UK's desk*

Awesome! Here's the situation that this conversation brought to my mind:

UK brings a young Hong Kong home and gives him a pile of clothes to change into. While HK is changing, he notices a lot of pictures of America on the walls in the same clothes. He sighs, goes to finds UK, and puts his arms around him, calling UK "Brother."

(Except America never called UK "brother," did he? I'm looking, but I can only find him saying "England." Oh well.)

Ohh god HK would be so messed up growing up as a "replacement" for someone else he knows he's never gonna be. Fufufufufu *rubs hands*

(He never did. He offered to call UK "Oniichan," but after some terrifying thoughts of his own "Oniichans" like France, UK tells America to call him "England.")
