I don't know if it's my laptop or my tablet that has the funky screen.  On the tablet it looks fine, but on the laptop it looks REALLY dark, so I hope it's okay.  Either way, this is Hong Kong...um, yeah.  I really really just wanted to draw him in short shorts.

Originally I had wanted to have the Taiwan I play in the RP use this to threaten Hong Kong, but really, what good will come out of it?

Those with a sharp eye might be able to recognize the costume he's in (I made some mistakes, though, there's supposed to be another vest under there).

*laughs* I have some good friends who are asian and they drink milk a regularly...on a completely unrelated note most humans are allergic to rat poison...I gotta stop watching the 6:00 news...
