Summary:Oh god, drawn so quick. Russia and America are currently in talks because, technically, START RAN OUT IN DECEMBER. Fff. Silly and doesn't really make any sense...would anyone want me to actually do something serious with this situation? Fanart/fic wise?

xD Yea, though even Russia's surprised. America still lists Russian under it's Critical Language Program, and I figure spying on someone THAT LONG will at least drill the introductory phrases into your head.
