Mhhh.... Since I'm from Argentina, the Spanish of spain might be a bit different. If I say Feliciano or Fernández, the Fs have the same pronunciation always...BTW, I've never pay attention to the F pronounced by someone from Spain (The difference is more notable in the S, Z, C, B and V)...
And I know the H since I speak spanish, but in Japanese, the HE is like our JE and sometimes could sounds like a really soft F (like the Fu, that could be written Hu)... So Jeracles, or Jernández O_o
