Why ヘ instead of フェ? Because of our pronunciation. Sometimes the F gets lost and it sounds pretty soft, but Italian people don't do that. At least, that's how it sounds to me, I have studied classic Latin for 5 years and my teacher always told me that.

And about Greece-san, it's because of classic Greek. You write "Heracles" with a special sign (called "soft spirit") which makes the name written with an H. But it doesn't sound, actually.

About Korea's name... You're right, it says "Lii Yonsu". I don't really know why it was translated like "Im Yong Soo". We'll have to keep guessing XD
