[Q&A] Bunny chibi England?

I realised a lot fan arts of chibi England as a rabbit and I thought "When did this whole thing of Rabbit-ears Arthur started?!" xD

I assume it must be some small doodle sketch Himaruya did few months ago (in which I might have missed it or don't remember at all) or because he was surrounded by rabbits in his chibi self or just simply he looks cute as one.
