Some Kind of Summary: Prussia went to a world meeting and found a surprise waiting for him, which might sound clichéd, but considering that the 'surprise' in question happened to be England, France, and America debating over some wicked idea of 'butt-leasing', he did not really mind the cliché.
Warning: crack, so much crack. America and his butts. Prussia and his mouth.
