I don't read Japanese but in the comic i took that particular image from it looked as if he has just had his way with Japan and was very pleased with himself [and then Arthur woke up from his nightmare XD]

I do plan on getting to Poland and Lithuania very soon, but i don't have very much official art. I get a bit too lost for comfort on the Hetalia site.
