I'm just not too fond of the later anime in general really, it's way too Wolfram/Yuuri biased and goes off on a complete tangent from the original story.

I hear the light novels are finnnnaly getting translated into english though

Yeah, I actually think the anime could have been shorter. With less...pointless arcs. I started it back in 2005, only to finish at the beginning of this year after large intervals of procrastination.

I can't wait to read the light novels too~
