Title: Anglo-Japanese Alliance
Notes: I wanted to try uzausa's monotone tutorial and decided to use my Hetalia OTP as my guinea pigs *fufufufufu* .
After 45 years (... not really, maybe 3hrs), I am finally done!!
A new style of coloring, though I didn't really follow the tutorial thoroughly. In the end, I decided not to use Equalizer because... it kinda ruined everything... maybe I did something wrong... (Cross posted in appropriate places)
