World Hetalia Day Meetup - Nashville, TN Plans

Okay, so originally 9cappuccino9 was supposed to organize and head the Hetalia meet in TN but many were having a hard time contacting her and when I was able to get in touch with her she really wasn't all that sure how to organize this event, so I got with another TN Hetalian and worked out a few plans. So far, this is what we got:

Date: Oct. 24th, 2009

When: 1-4/5ish? (I'll leave this open for debate for now)

Where: Nashville Centennial Park (I thought this would be the best place, and since it's so huge we'd have to all meet up at a specific place such as the Parthenon, since it's pretty much right smack dab in the middle of the park and is really hard to miss)

What we are doing: Cosplay, singing, games, and meeting fellow Hetalians! While you don't have to cosplay, it's definitely encouraged! (I may or may not cosplay myself). Also since it's around lunch time, this is going to be more or less a picnic. Food ideas and sign-ups (like if you'd really like to have xxx and can/are going to make it, please do tell!) will be posted later, though if you have an idea go ahead and comment here.

Another thing; if you're going to cosplay or bring something with you (CDs, Manga, Doujinshi, etc.) please tell me below. Spread the love people! I myself will probably bring my 2 Hetalia manga and Pash! magazine. x3
 
FINALLY, IF YOU CAN/ARE BRINGING FRIENDS OR ARE COMING YOURSELF, I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU SAYING SO BELOW OR IN A MESSAGE TO MYSELF OR haleybare. Sorry about that, I just really would like to know who all will be able to make it so I can plan accordingly.
