Here's the last of the character profiles.  I know there are a lot of nations that have appeared, but they don't have any profiles yet, so I will try to keep you updated or maybe even translate from the Wikipedia site for them.  But as of now, this is the last translation of the nation profiles.

Last sentence : I actually think USA and UK are unconsciously trying to one-up each other on weirdness. I mean, US's zombie parade Vs. UK's toe wrestling championship? I CANNOT TELL WHICH IS WEIRDER.

For scanlations---I have most of the introductory part from WWI to Italy joining WII translated. I just have to wait a day or two to get my computer back from cousin, would that be all right? :O And I think I'd edit it a time or two, or it might be further delayed.

I....actually ran into a webmanga that has UK ironing while parachuting down 10,000 feet. And took photos of himself. Which explains it as him taking love for housework a GODLY LONG WAY. At least they're not ironing underwater yet, are they? XD

I didn't notice this until now, but he's saying America's national flower is the aquilegia? That's not right. The Aquilegia caerulea (columbine) is the state flower of Colorado, but the US has been the rose as far back as I can remember.

I'm really curious. If Alfred was Arthur's brother--at least from what I've read--then why do they have different last names?
I read a fanfic earlier that he changed his name, but I don't know how much truth there is in this. What's the story? Do you by chance know?

Aah, I honestly don't know. The author just has it that way, and I guess in a way the nations choose it themselves? Or they are named by their bosses? Who knows. The artist just picked these names because he figured they suited the nations if they were human.

Alfred and Arthur are not brothers. As I read on the comics, Arthur and Francis found Alfred and Arthur won being Alfred's "brother". So they are not really related. "Brother" is just use as an expression, not relation. Besides, Ivan and Natasha are siblings, but they don't have the same last names.

I have a theory(which will be included in my fanfic) that countries are born the natural way, and given a human name, then when they're a few years old(or older, oh Sealand XD) they're recognized as a country and renamed, after which their baby name is kind of like their baby clothes, its there but they dont use it.
