A friend and I quite recently created hetalia_icons, an icon community for Hetalia-based graphics. The comm is open to everyone, so please feel free to join or watch it. Though it's empty right now, you're very welcome to start posting. Thank you! :)

That's all, really. It's perfectly allowed to promote this community here. ^^ It would be GREAT though if you and your friend could encourage people over at your community to respect the wishes of Japanese artists, and do your best to minimize the use of unauthorized graphics. It's a good way to maintain a court and good relationship with our friends from the country that brought us this great webcomic (soon to be anime!)

Haha, okay then! We do have a rule concerning the use of fanart, but the two of us have agreed to be somewhat leniant about it. We'll take your advice into consideration of course, if the matters gets out of hand :3
