DATE: 1:00 PM on August 8th, AKA this Saturday

LOCATION: THE GREAT LAWN at BRYANT PARK (between 40th-42nd St. and 5th-6th Ave). You can use this map to approximate where it is.

DIRECTIONS: Take the B, D, F, or V trains to 42nd St - Bryant Park. If you don't know how to get to those trains or want to take the bus, use this Trip Planner to get there.
Once you get to the park (which is visible as soon as you get out of the station), go to the Great Lawn and look for an Asian girl waving around an APH MEET-UP! sign.

ACTIVITIES: PICNIC, maybe visiting Kinokuniya or Book-Off or other stores of the sort. Any other activities we have are completely up to your whims or whatever you brought.

WHAT TO BRING: A PICNIC BLANKET IS ESSENTIAL. You may bring your own lunch if you wish, but food will be provided.

You are also welcome to bring stuff you want to fag out with other people over (ie cool Hetalia merchandise, Nintendo DS, playing cards, your sketchbook, etc.) Don't forget to bring a camera to record the funtiems.

OTHER INFO:

1. DO NOT COME IF IT RAINS ON THAT DAY, BEFORE THE TIME OF THE PICNIC! IF IT RAINS, I WILL POST TO THE COMMUNITY WITH A NEW MEET-UP DATE.

2. WE NEED SOMEONE TO BRING FORKS, DRINKS, AND CUPS! If you're up for contributing, please comment with what specifically you will bring. Bringing other foods to share with everyone is welcome too.

3. If you're going to bring along any friends, please say how many so I can buy food accordingly.

4. You can come in cosplay if you want.

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask! And apologies if this was TL;DR. I'm going to sleep immediately after posting this entry, so I will answer and reply to comments tomorrow.

P.S. I need to know what your favorite kind of cheap sushi is.
