First crack pairing doujinshi here ;) When i think about it there isn't many possible pairings with Poland(esp comparing to Lithuania :P) so it's not a suprise that we have something with characters that never talk in manga XD
There are two stories by different artists - I really like second one's style :)
It has very mild sex scene ;)

I can feel your pain - although Baltics and Germany are my favs I have a special feeling for Poland - not only becouse he's my nation, but also becouse I really like his character, sadly it's really hard to find anything interesting about him after fandom gave him that annoying cheerleader image :/
