I just searched the discussion and q&a tags for over an hour and didn't find anything, so...

For the ahoge/curly cues/hair doinks, whatever you wish to call them, it's canon that they are an erogenous zone for the Italy brothers. Has anyone ever applied the ahoge=erogenous zone to any of the other characters? And if so, who was it applied to? Or do you think it only applies, or only should apply, to the Italy brothers?

I know it's just fan theory, but I'm curious about what people think.

Adding... What about shorter ahoge like America's? I know the longer ones are easier to grasp...

I've applied the theory to Canada more often than not. And to Korea maybe once.

But Canada seems like a more likely candidate. I even drew something dirty as a result. >///>

Haha.. even if it's only been applied to the Italy brothers.. I think anyone with an ahoge could use it as an erogenous zone. It's for comedy's sake, so why not? I think it's cute and sometimes sexy. It's fun to use it that way... ヽ(´▽｀)/

I know it was jokingly applied to Greece too... with an arrow anyways, by Himaruya. Applying it to others doesn't seem too... far fetched.

Fanonly, I really like the idea of all ahoge's being sensitive and erogenous, and in my head-canon it makes sense, mainly cuz I'd never be able to explain why it only applies to the Italy brothers'... =^= Especially Canada's~ It's just so...grab-able, and could get caught in places so easily X3 Soo many possibilities~

Though...don't a few represent places? I never really got that XD Like...America's is Nantucket, right? Was that just mentioned somewhere? XD :is clueless: Same with the Texas=glasses thing. :feels years behind fandom:

And scissors to ahoge makes me think of this: If the Ita-brothers can feel pleasure from having their ahoge touched...if like, America or some other dorkish (I'm such a patriot) country cut it off as a joke...wouldn't it hurt? I need to stop this X'D

Ahhh, in my headcanon, the ezone thing only appiles to the Italians - hence only Feliciano, Romano and Grandpa Rome having it as they have the long curls >w>

The rest...uhhh, I personally believe that they aren't ezones as they actually represent something - like Alfred's Nantucket, Austria's Mariazell etc. Canada's.... o__o hmm, that haven't been mentioned so he COULD have an ezone or his ahoge is a city or something of importance.

SO. Cos the Italy bros' curls aren't cities or anything, Himaruya obviously decided to add something silly and made it their ezones. Maybe it's a reference to the whole Italians are the word's best lover or something? xD;;; like making them hyper sensitive by adding an extra silly ezone....

I think meanings of ahoge is different between nations and for only Italy it means erogenous zone. Because in literal translation, it is "something sexual of Italian people". And England's eyebrows are "something gentlemanly of England", Korea's ahoge is "Korean's mood something like that".

But Austria's mole may be erogenous zone according Himaruya's blog.
