Question to Hetalia Volume 3

I read Volume 3 of Hetalia in german a few days ago. As a huge PruHun shipper, something caught my eye. In one picture it says that Prussia has a crush on Hungary. I kind of doubt that the original japanese actually says that or that any other translation does. So I was wondering what is written in other translations or what the original japanese says.
So for anyone who has Volume 3,please tell me :3
