Here are pictures from my cosplay of Ghost-Pirate!Norway from HamaCon this weekend. The costume won Best Journeyman (though I entered as Novice since it's only the second cosplay I've sewn).

Sorry for the lack of quality in the pictures. I only got one on my camera and the other was from someone on Facebook. I will have this professionally photographed at some point, though it may be a while.

Feel free to comment or message me on lj if you have any questions about the cosplay. I'd love to help out if anyone else is going to make this cosplay. I know how daunting it is with only one canon reference picture!

To the pictures! )

(Am I allowed to post this here? If not, please let me know. ;u; )

So, for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 I made this Eurovision related hetalia video that I called "Eurotaliavision 2010". The concept of it was to make short videos/slideshows for every country that participated in the ESC and was also represented in Hetalia. It was split into two parts: One for the countries that only made it to the semi finals, and one for the countries that made it to the finals. The countries were then shown in order of their placement in the finals and in the semi finals. (If interested, they can be seen here: http://www.dailymotion.com/user/sponsoredbytheworl/1)

The things is that I'm thinking of doing it again this year, only know I have all the songs in a good quality (bought the CD a week before the grand final) and I also have Sony Vegas Pro, which makes it easier to make it look... Better. I already made a bit of it, and I was thinking if I could get a little feedback from you lovely Hetalia fans? Also, does it even seem like a good idea, or am I being a bit silly? Subtitles, go or no go?

TL;DR: I started a video project and humbly request some feedback and also ask you, whether it would seem a good idea to continue. Here's a link to the WIP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mdjS6TDqzY&feature=plcp

On a side note: There's really no reason I started with Iceland. I really just felt like it. c:
