Hey, I don't know if I chose good tags, if don't, just correct me, please.
First of all, Polish publisher of Hetalia, Studio JG, showed some pages of volume 4, which will be soon in Poland:

And I asked them when will it be published exactly. They said that it took them such a long time because Himaruya had some trouble with Gentosha. And now he's working. He's making the volume 5! And I asked if it is sure and they said that they had this information from Gentosha - you know, they were talking with them about license. 
Ok, in this link there is my talk with Studio JG in comments. Unfortunately, it's only Polish, but I wanted to show you to prove it.
