America gained independence in 1783, and England was already in the UK then, just without Northern Ireland in 1707.

Hmm well officially it would have been the the Kingdom of Great Britain or alternatively the United Kingdom of Great Britain but the latter naming was debatable.

But either way he wasn't just England anymore. I guess saying England is way easier than Great Britain.

Teensy Japan and Cleaning Out the Storage are two of my most favorite Hetalia strips, and they were mashed together in this episode OH MAN I CAN NOT WAIT. UGH, NINI WHY ARE YOU SO CUTE.

Not surprised that they left out the last strip in the China and Japan series. It's probably be a rather uncomfortable scene and Hetalia doesn't need any more heat. But ah, I'd like to see it~

i really hope that 'cleaning out the storage' won't end as just a lot of, what we call it, 'previews' in few episodes, because it seems to be definitely too much for a simple preview (come on, the france-england marriage episode got two, which didn't show THAT much).
i want a separate angsty episode for my fav strips ;-;
