Cosplay at Yaoi-con

There were fabulous Hetalia times at Yaoi-Con this year. I think in total there were probably 12 or 13 countries running around the con? I don't know- for such a new fandom (in America, at least), combined with a smaller niche con, that seems pretty awesome. I think the groups next year at big cons like Anime Expo and Otakon could be overwhelming. :D

And more cosplayers! There was definitely another America (I didn't get your name, I'm sorry!), and I'm pretty sure there was another Italy (according to photos from the con, although I'm sad to say I didn't see her), and well, I was also wearing casual Canada the day before people met up. Because you can never have enough Hetalia! (I've got another several costumes on my to-do list. :P)

You had the best facial expressions. Everyone had just brilliant costumes and props, and I was so greatly impressed by the time that went into each--but gosh, you had excellent facial expressions.

Whuh -- me, or "you" as in all of you? 8D

's cause we looooove us some Hetalia. There were awesome moments where China & I were sitting with Russia between us and I was like, "HEY CHINA. Let's start a two-front war!" and we started poking Russia from either side. Also, the Coke everyone shared, so it got all globalized. Good times :)

Hee~ I do love cosplaying some grumpymen. Which was awesome when America was like ":DDD UK~" and ":DDD I'm the hero!" all the time. Amazing ♥
