I think I recall some people asking for listings of Hetalia fansites and things like that earlier, and I'm not sure if this is what you were looking for, but browsing through some Hetalia sites, I came upon this: Kitayume Mania... a search engine of sorts.

I hope whoever it was that wanted it would find this helpful somewhat?
And for others, it's a great way to find some pretty hott fanarts. :P
