And I agree, the world absolutely needs more Austria/Hungary.

^_^; I did the Austria/Hungary strap-on fic (http://hetalia-kink.livejournal.com/632.html?thread=309624#t309624), and there's a little Austria/Hungary at the end of the Austria/Prussia, Hungary voyeur fic (http://hetalia-kink.livejournal.com/632.html?thread=13432#t13432). And I've done nine other fills beyond those, rather all over the map in terms of pairings.
