So. Adorable. Such a cute idea too, you could have the North & South Italy as Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum, Russia as the Mad Hatter, France as the Cheshire Cat... ah I could go on and on... lol.

lol, yes, UK & USA as The Tsundere Mad Hatter and The March Hare would be perfect! Now that I think about it I actually sort of see Russia as the Queen of Hearts and the poor Baltic States as those playing cards she terrorizes. Off with your head, America-kun~!

Mock-Turtle is a cow-pig thing in a turtle shell that laments not being a real turtle. It's 'what mock turtle soup is made from". He's usually cut out of the films and play versions of Alice in Wonderland. The 1999 TV version, which I love, though, has Gene Wilder playing him.
