The program closes when certain commands are done...so I have to depend on keyboard shortcuts and stuff...Annoying really, but I got used to it.

You can stick with OC3 without worries, OC4 doesn't have anything new that appealing :B Just a slightly different brushes menu, and probabily some new brushes, but i didn't check XD; (I set my own brushes ;w;) but really, OC3 is just fine :D!
