Fallen Behind in the Series:
t's been quite awhile since I've been in the Hetalia series. I haven't watched since World Series, and though I know that the World Stars manga is out and that Portugal is an official character, what all have I missed?
Has any other series been dubbed (or even *twitches* subbed)? Any new characters been revealed?
(Any pictures or links would be amazing!) I haven't read the manga so any news would be awesome.
Also, would like to know if World Stars would be coming to Dubbed? If anyone has info on that it'd be awesome as well!
Oh and one last thing: I heard Hetaween 2011 would be animated, any news on that too?

FUNimation has almost all of the new episodes available to watch on their website for free (http://www.funimation.com/shows/hetalia/videos/episodes), which is what helped me the most. Also, Hetalia File Archive (http://www.hetarchive.net/) has all old and new scanlations, including that of World Stars. It took me a week to catch up on about 4 years of missed Hetalia, since everything is still very short to both watch and read. Since World Twinkle is the newest series and was a simulcast, it'll probably be dubbed sometime this year, but all the rest of the series have been dubbed, though without a paid membership to FUNimation, you can only access the subs for free. (I highly recommend the subs for quite a few of the Beautiful World episodes, as there is definitely a feeling of "lost in translation" when watching it dubbed in English... particularly with the episodes that focus on France.) You can also torrent a batch of World Twinkle via Horrible Subs, if that's your thing.
As for new characters... Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Portugal, and more character development for Bulgaria happened. And Persia happened. And a lot of Roman emperors happened, which is a fun read. There was also a blog entry with Ecuador, I think, but he's not exactly official.
Um... I hope this is kinda helpful!

There's also a couple bonus chapters of World Stars, which I currently don't have on Hetarchive, but they can be found on the hetascanlations tumblr. There's a chapter with Ancient Egypt (part 1, part 2) and one with Hungary. There's probably some other stuff on the Hetascans blog that I haven't had time to mirror, so feel free to browse that (the "Projects" page should list everything).
The Hetaween 2011 event animation is to be released straight to DVD on the 24th this month. It's supposed to come with a soundtrack for The World Twinkle as well. No idea when we'll see it, but I'm definitely looking forward to it.
I think the only other thing worth mentioning at the moment might be The Hetalian Horror Show, which is a visual novel Himaruya released on his blog of some of the Hetalia characters telling "scary" stories. There's a mirror post with download links here. Currently there's no real translation, but there is a plot summary here on this tumblr.
Aside from that I think there'd be new songs? Check this blog.

There's another one that went with the release of volume three that sort of focuses on Belgium, but we don't have it translated yet.
