Mochimerica with shadow effects looks even creepier than usual. ^^
I'm not quite sure what the answer to the last question means, though... did he leave it vague to troll us, or am I missing something?

I'm thinking, with the added context of the picture, that it may mean characters with ahoge are used to getting their hair cut, and normally take precautions during the cut, such as Romano's haircurl being pinned away from the rest of his hair, so it's not a big deal. That's my best guess. Romano still looks pretty nervous though. Probably doesn't help that that's his erogenous zone.

That's part of what's confusing me - he doesn't look like he's used to it at all. (Or rather, if that is how he looks when he is, I wonder what he looked like when he wasn't. ^^)
