Where's the community?
It's sad seeing none's into that fandom anymore.
Life you see the new Hetaween posts and there are like... 0 comments. Looks like Hima-papa's losing all his fans during the last 2 years. It's true he doesn't upload regularly anymore but it's more like... everyone's gone suddenly.
I'm afraid he doesn't attend to peoples interests anymore (well he always did as he pleased) but now he brings all that historical persons into the comics and none bats an eye anymore.
I'm quite upset about it. There are no discussions in here anymore... as well as the Hetalia Blog Community ...

I also loved the fan-works being shared here but starting artists/writers hardly got any feedback and more than one got discouraged but then there was also the problem of people being shy and not being able to comment anonymously.
I was a bit against the constant announcements about RP communities back then but then a wise person commented at the time when people were trying to send those to a different community with "if you don't like it, just scroll past it and let everyone have their fun" and it was an eye opener for me because yes, the main community is supposed to welcome everything related to the fandom should a fan decide to share them here even if there were already specific journals or sites for it.
I think that's a reason people moved on to tumblr, they didn't want to keep all their works and ideas to themselves, they wanted to share and spread them and find people who shared their passions without irritating the majority of the community.
