Hey, bitches! It is I AND I'm here with some totally awesomer-than-Prussia-evwn-though-they're-about-Prussia headcanon!
WARNING TO PRUSSIA FANGIRLS AS MYSELF.
THESE ARE SAD HEADCANONS AND THEY ARE CONTRADICTORY TO POPULAR FANDOM OPINION.
Okay so.
#1 After WWII, when Prussia dissolved, he did not become East Germany. Instead, he became the memories of the Holocaust. Gilbert felt every death and starvation as his own.
#2 It physically hurts to no longer be a nation and this is why Prussia does crazy things he does, to distract himself from the pain.
#3 Gil has Athazagroraphobia (The fear of being left behind or forgotten), and this is another reason why he does insane things.
#4 Since Gilbert has signs of Albinism, he talks louder and tends to get closer to people to hear and to see. Albinism affects hearing and seeing abilities.

c: these are just a couple headcanons! I hope you enjoy them and you can use them to your free will!
A/N: I actually know an Albino and she does have white hair, and also has white eyes, so yes, Prussia is part Albino c:

Also, I kinda want to clear up the Holocaust headcanon.
Yes, Prussia represented East Germany, but when the wall fell, the people of East Germany no longer needed him because they became part of West! See it? So, my awesomely awesome friend and I came up with that the East Germany thing was just a cover up of what he really represented. Which was the Holocaust.

So your point #1 is your headcanon, but it's counter to what canon shows about Prussia. It's not fandom opinion that Prussia was part of East Germany, it's more canon strips show this.

The rest are headcanons not based on anything other than opinion. I personally don't think Prussia is in constant pain or has that phobia. I mean, Prussia is pretty awesome just as he's portrayed in canon. No need to embellish that. IMO.

Also, I use my Holocaust headcanon as if the whole East Germany thing was a cover up because after the wall fell, the people of East no longer needed him because they became part of West. So really, the East Germany business was a cover up as what he really represented and such :D

wow...... That's was some crazy sad thing about prussia.
I know some albino people but they're not loud as loud as prussia, they tend to be a shy people. I think that's prussia's charm. he is amazing! XD
