Late November was when the Namco event started and they had barely started selling original goods merch so idk where you got that from. The only thing they really had then was the Lottery and after that the drawstring bag. News bulletin for it is still on site, too, stating the 25th (of which I remember clearly when I first heard news of it); first appearance on auction was 27th December.
