Official National Costume Illustrations?

A long time ago a very detailed history of certain countries-Austria was one, I remember-national costume written and illustrated by Himaruya was scanned posted here...I believe it was in an art book. Does anyone have a clue where I can find this?

I think it might be these from the special book that came with volume four of the manga:

The one Ukraine wears always makes me angry. *sigh* Suspenders are not an Eastern European trait... actually now that I look at Russia's... :( but his doesn't look so much like suspenders at least. If only Himaruya didn't draw those suspenders..it would have been accurate. OTL (Sorry, I am very particular with this because of my bond with their culture and lived in Ukraine)

Despite my cringing with those two...I adore the national clothings! Although, this is probably because I don't know what their national clothes really look like to begin with. If I know the truth, will I be angry again?...who knows. But I think Japan's would be accurate because he is Japanese.

They don't really look that much like suspenders, more like a flower pattern on the dress??

If they look like that to you, that's fine. But they don't look like it to me. Some Ukraine cosplayers have been doing them as suspenders too. The pattern on the shirt is nothing like how Ukrainians embroider them. I showed this to my Ukrainian friends who live in Ukraine and they didn't like it either. I tend to trust them a lot more than strangers. When I lived there the proof was very evident too. Ukrainians take a lot of pride in their traditional wear too. They try to be distinct from the other Slavic nations despite their traditional outfits looking similar. I just know too much about this is all. Especially with what is going on in Ukraine right now this feeling becomes stronger.

Yeah, and I'm pretty sure the boys wear Cossack pants, and that their vishyvankas aren't that low

White ao dai's only worn by highschool girl students, but not for funerals.
Actually in Vietnamese funerals we don't wear ao dai at all =D

Btw, thanks for these scans~

For Ukraine, it looks like he was trying to draw this

Or this

But it did not come out the same.
As for Russia, I have seen outfits like that before, but I am not sure if they are traditional clothing or not.
But those are not suspenders.
