I'm Dutch, and the Netherlands is a little bit too cool to be Dutch XD I like his character though even though he's so stereotypical stingy.
His appearance is spot on though, my brother looks exactly like him! (except the green eyes, my brother's are blue...) It's just his behaviour which is off.
