It is funny that the Nordics call each other in their language. As you noticed, Iceland called Sweden as Sví (Svíþjóð). However, we, the Hungarians are linguistically related with the Finns, Estonians and the Sami people, but our language is pretty different from their languages!
For example:
Sweden - Svédország
Denmark - Dánia
Norway - Norvégia
Iceland - Izland
Finland - Finnország
Hungary - Magyarország
