[Discussion] Hetaween 2013!

I was just wondering what do you guys really want to see from this event?
New countries?
Existing nations personalities developed?
Lots and lots of fanservice?

For me, I want to see Australia and NZ (preferably when they were young, or in drag). But really, I am just glad Hima is doing this, and hopefully he takes his time and enjoys it as well :)

(ps, and we having this event at the event page or just here on the main page?)

The only reason we decided to move to a new comm was precisely to avoid flooding the main comm with a new thread every 8 hours or so because of the insane amount of comments. Now that the fandom has mostly moved to tumblr and especially after Hima's hiatus of a year and a half, the main comm is almost dead 6^6 I think it would be nice if instead we could use the new event as an opportunity to bring back some attention to the comm, since it's unlikely that we'll manage to reflood it any soon.

Ahh true, good point.
The hiatus of a year and a half was very hard, and I think if more people (esp. new people) knew about this comm it would lighten the place up. Before all these updates the comm was a snail pace.

I'd much prefer to have all the updates posted here on the main comm! I really miss it being active, and the fact that there are so many updates recently is just bringing me back to the good ol'days.

I really don't think tumblr would be a good place to report updates because it'll be very easy to miss an update or to lose track of what came in which order -- for events, I am going to be right here baby!

Definitely main comm will be best, let us revive this place as it has been for the last few weeks <3.

I'll be hoping for some France-Canada interaction. I love the two as brothers/father-and-son/what have you so I just want to see them together for more than like a panel like in Hetalia of the Dead. But really, I'll be happy no matter what we get!

An Event Comm will be nice =u= We tend to flood and spazz when an update show itself.... and remember the Spam for Romano thing... >w<? ANyways I still like to see Portugal, Scotland, The Vatican, Luxembourg (I remember him saying he will join the Tomato gang on the next Halloween) The Two Guys from the last Hetaween.. Besides them though, I'd seen a comment about November 1 being Day of the Dead and I would absolutely love any new Latin American characters(preferably Mexico or Brazil but only because I just watched The Three Caballeros)

The day of the dead is the november 2, november 1 is the all saints day!! and it's celebrate in all catholic countries, no just latin america.

Yep~ But some countries celebrate it on November 1..

I think Mexico celebrates it on October 31st to the 2nd day of November

Philippines Celebrate it on November 1st

there's so many things i want, but the top of my priority list is for hima to a) flesh out existing characters such as liechtenstein, vietnam, cuba, ukraine, romania, and so on and so forth, and b) to make more female nations! ;A;

if i'm lucky though i might get to see some fresh new pruhun interaction, or romhun as a consolation prize >w>
i also really want to see liechtenstein interact with more people T_T she's described as being a social butterfly of sorts but we only ever see her with switzerland, or once or twice with austria ): both times switzerland was present, so.....

I'm with you about more females and for more Liech ;v;! (And for more Vietnam, Ukraine, Cuba and PruHun <3 - I think Romania will appear since he drew him with Moldova(?) so I'm not so worried about him xD)

Liech and Belarus interactions would send me to heavens aaahhh ~ but Liech interacting with anyone other than Vash would be A+. To see Switz interacting with others would also be great *cofcofBelgiumcofcof*

I'll be super happy with anything really! Last time he managed to show all the characters (even if just for a bit) and we got new ones so if he does something like that again it would be perfect!

I would like to see characters that don't appear too often and as for new ones, I'm hoping for the confirmation of Moldova, Portugal (who was the guy in the last Hetaween??), Luxembourg, Latin American countries (if Brazil show up I don't know what I'll do but I'll not shut up for a long time but seriously, I'll be super duper happy with any new latin american characters ;;!) and some African nations would be awesome too since some characters already appeared in that data sim game! Oh, and that girl that was with Seychelles in Comic Birz! I loved her and I would love to know who she is!

But I'm sure the event will be fun and it's good to see the fandom more active!

Having an event again is so exciting that I think is a dream! I almost can not believe it!
Like to see more Latin American countries. (Argentina,Brazil e México)
Who are the guys at the end of the Halloween event 2011? The man in the back is Portugal? (Portugal Portugal!)
Loved the interaction between China, Hong Kong and Macau. They are so different but complement each other, it's fun to see.

to be completely honest i will sell my soul for romania and moldova. just. those two. together. being brothers. this is all i want in life.

but hungary's halloween costume has me really excited!! i've been googling trying to figure out what she could be dressed as, but i am not nearly as well versed hungarian folklore as i am romanian, so to be honest i only have what vaguely resembles a clue xD;;

i am really thankful himaruya is back though ; u; the events have easily been some of the best holidays of my life, last year didn't quite feel like christmas, and i've been worried about not having heard from him the last long hiatus!

ooh, i think it would also be great to see some more hanatamago family or kugelmugel and austria! they have my favorite familial interactions aaaah /w\
