[BLOG EDIT] Update to Double Teeth!

So Himaruya ninja'd another update long after I'd gone to bed. The initial entry for Double Teeth! is here; this is merely the added parts! (I'm reposting the Iceland image because the text goes with it.)


Mr. Iceland



The Time When He Was A Small Child
He wanted more people to be interested in him so he tried to send out letters
but he couldn't see anything particularly good about himself, so he mostly gave up.
He was much too introverted, and his surroundings gave the appearance that "surely if no one cares about me, I'll be happy."

The Times After He'd Grown Up A Bit
He was improving at fishing and trade had become possible and
England and Denmark surrounded Iceland and began quarreling and such.
Just as that began reaching its conclusion, he was almost taken by African pirates.
He began to think that being alone was better while he was older, as everyone else were idiots.


Being that these are water guns, they aren't dangerous.

If this entry is updated further, the updates will continue here! (It was just easier to draw attention to the update by making a new entry than editing the old one and hoping everyone saw even though it was so late haha. . . .)

Well that's why I said 'if'. I doubt he will, but he's a bit silly sometimes. So it was more of an "in the off chance" sort of thing than a "if and when" one.

I wonder if the character to the right of Iceland is either Algeria or Morocco, or just a random pirate. The African pirates Hima's referring to are the Barbary pirates from Algeria and Morocco (under Turkish rule at the time) who invaded Iceland in the 1600s and took about 300 people as slaves.

*silently prays for either a Morocco or Algeria out of pride for some of my ancestry*

I can never quite guess Romano's height (how tall are you boy?), but I find it hilarious that he actually looks pretty badass sometimes, but can't pull off being a real tough guy, personality-wise.
