I find it funny how you wrote above picture with girls "those ain't new charas", cause it's true that whenever fans see an unknown character they assume it's someone new in series XD I like first girl the most, by the way :)

Yeah, that normally is the immediate assumption so I thought I would clarify before another big misunderstanding happens "orz (i.e. he made some drawings based on people he met from certain countries etc, and the fandom jumped on it as if they were new asian characters and lots of fans are still misinformed about it today...)
While the excitement for it is really good and kind of cute at times, it can also spread a lot of misinformation? Since Himaruya often draws designs or random things that aren't related to Hetalia at all etc "orz
(There's a post on Tumblr that has over 4k notes over the 'new' character in Hetalia from one of his other updates. Whether it is a new character or not remains to be seen, but it's always better not to make assumptions since nothing is clearly stated OTL)
