Reading Hetalia.Kitawiki.net I found this in his personality chart:

"He also seems to be afraid of the dark and admires Jackie Chan."

In which scan is this stated? I've read all the scalantions and yet I can't find any character profile or comic strip where this is implied.

I'm not sure about afraid of the dark, but he said he can't stand pitch darkness, so that may be what was meant. The admiration of Jackie Chan is in the same page.

In the 2010 Christmas event, China and Hong Kong get kidnapped and wake up in a dark area. Hong Kong remarks that he doesn't like the "pitch darkness", which can be interpreted as a fear/discomfort of the dark (Hong Kong the city, by the way, is the world's worst offender in light pollution). He references Jackie Chan later in the scene by insisting that his actions are in line with the martial artist's style.
