I've seen this picture around Tumblr and I just can't find it again! Someone I was following put the source for the artist and I'm sorry that I can't find it; I'm positive it's not Hima-papa's work.

It's Rosel-D! I just found it here (http://cioccolatodorima.tumblr.com/post/58145298586/have-some-mr-denmark-to-cheer-ya-up-d) at their tumblr.

Yep, Rosel-D (http://rosel-d.deviantart.com/)'s artwork on tumblr. An artist who copies Himaruya's art style. There are other artists on sites like Pixiv that do the same thing, imitate Hidekaz Himaruya's style, even having a tag on Pixiv (野生のひまさん (http://www.pixiv.net/tags.php?tag=%E9%87%8E%E7%94%9F%E3%81%AE%E3%81%B2%E3%81%BE%E3%81%95%E3%82%93)) so people won't be confused for Hima's actual work. There's ways to tell the difference between how Hima draws his works, tools he uses, outlines, etc.

Hetarchive (http://hetarchive.net/)has scanlations of the webcomics and Comic BIRZ. Especially when it comes to translations and images that were featured on both Kitayume and Himaruya's blog.
