My mate in japan is more than willing to buy tickets for me~ I've already gotten some for myself so why not share the love ;w;
They can process ten tickets at a time, and will ask 600yen per ticket before shipping. They're asking for 100yen per ticket for themselves.
I guess that's fair considering we're using them as a proxy right?
