Title: Prussia Author/Artist: Lkiramaru7 Character(s) or Pairing(s): Prussia, Gildbird Rating: K Warnings: NONE Summary: Colored version of a sketch I did for an art switch around meme at DA. Albino eyes are a hard to do. ^^;
That's not a dumb question, it does look like it's part of Wales actually. Cornwall's not a part of Wales but Cornwall used to be it's own country-type-thing and the Cornish language and the Welsh language are both Celtic languages. I have a friend who speaks Welsh and she said even though Welsh and Cornish look the same she couldn't understand any of the Cornish writing I showed her :p
Where's Long Island?
It took like 6 hours to get to London and then another 6 hours back! We had to wake up at 4am and we didn't get back until about midnight!
I didn't know female pigs had there own name, what are female cows called?
Ouch!
That's like £3 or £4 something and I think a yard is just under or over a metre. I'm too lazy to look up $ to £ and yard to metre converters right now :p You make plushies? That's so cool!
Aaah... I didn't know that. Thanks for answering it & not thinking it was dumb to ask. *huggles*
*nods* that's like Hebrew & Yiddish, use the same alphabet, but the words are different. :D
Long Island is part of New York. Here's a wiki article on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Long_Island if you scroll down to near the end, you'll see a pic of a lighthouse. I've been in it. :D
That is a long time! o.0 that's more like going upstate (mainland New York, which is basically anything outside Westchester. Just like Brooklyn & Queens are usually referred to as the city, even though that's really Manhattan.)
Cows are cows & boy cows are bulls. XD
Yeah, my granny said it felt worse after she took the needle out. ^^;
*nods* I'm kinda limited here, with one fabric store that's rather expensive & Walmart's which is cheaper, but hit & miss on fabric selection. ^^; Soemtiems you find good stuff but mostly it's crap. >.>
Yeah. I do want to amke a Prussia one. I found a doll body I stuffed, an old pair of jeans that I'm retiring, & can't give to the poor, so I'll use them for pants & patching my other jeans. I need to get my butt over to the craft store & see if I can find a kind's black t-shirt, or I'll just get a small adult's since they're very cheap & make his t-shirt out of it. I've got plenty of white yarn of hair. ;p I think I might even be able to pinch the sides into ears too, since I don't know what I did with the scraps & never made ears for it. XD I want to make a lil rocker!Prussia. :D
I made the Soma & Agni plushies here: http://kiramaru7.deviantart.com/art/Soma-and-Agni-Plushies-again-264712989
Yeah! :D
This the pattern I want to get to make it: http://www.simplicity.com/p-2098-costumes.aspx
This is what I used to make Prussia's jacket: http://butterick.mccall.com/b3072-products-180.php?page_id=385
It's pretty cool. :D No? XD It's the only lighthouse I've ever been in. The view from up top is amazing!
XD
Some do, some don't. It just depends on the area. No, it's a department store. A low end one, but still good. XD And some sell a limited amount of groceries, while the one I've been to in Florida with my Granny had a full supermarket in it.
Thanks! I still need to get a black t-shirt at the craft store. XD I'll take pix so you can see him when I'm done! I also want to crochet one. Saw a cute bunny!Prussia at DA & found some doll patterns I can adapt to make one, since the person who made one, didn't have a pattern. XD
Yeah they do but apparently they're pretty different. I don't actually speak Cornish appaert from a few words that I've learnt from signposts.
I shall find a lighthouse to go to now! :D
I didn't know that. Here we have a supermarket called Asda and that's owned by Walmart so most people think Walmart is an American asda. Asda is a supermarket but it also sells clothes and toys and stuff like most supermarkets here do.
What supermarkets are there in America?
Yay~! Aww Crochet Bunny Prussia's would be really cute!
*nods* Cool! I know few words in Afrikaans (dad's family's from there),some Yiddish, form my one granny & a couple of words in Lithuanian from my late great granny. Then there's the lil bit of Japanese I've picked up form watching my anime subbed. XD
Yes!!
Cool! Yeah, that's what we'd call a superstore, one that combines a department store & supermarket. Most supermarkets here just sell food, a few pots & pans, sometimes patio furniture, fans, a few small toys & books, cards, but mostly food. XD There are too many to list & I probably don't even know half of them. ^^;

And this is what Welsh looks like http://cy.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cymru
I like that lighthouse. I've never been in a light house before :(
Okay. I think female cows should have their own name.
Walmart sells fabric? I thought that was a supermarket?
Those plushies are really cute! A prussia plushie would be super adorable!!
