These were from Namja Town?! Has Namco been working with Studio DEEN, or Animate, or Gentosha / H.H. during that time?

Not OP, but whatever--
Namja Town seems to have a lot of promotions featuring Animate titles, so I'm going to guess they're the link.
Everything for the event was made entirely by Movic, however, so it might have been as simple as just allowing them to rent time in the building?

The entire event was a promotion for the Paint it White movie, if that helps any.

Aw man, but thanks for answering! I got my hopes up too much; very excited when I hear about Hetalia merch being sold in Namja Town. Namco is like my favorite game company EVER and I just got too crazy when I learned tge relation.

Just average excessive fanboying, hahaha.
